Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Valid State of New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of specific therapy modalities and equipment
