Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and pelvic patients in a clinical setting.
• Treat a patient population primarily focused on orthopedic and pelvic health.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, including double-booked follow-up visits.
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and submit OT hours for approval before working them.
• Float to other clinics is not required; focus on the assigned location.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or pelvic therapy preferred.
• Ability to treat pelvic health patients.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume workload with multiple patient visits daily.
• Willingness to work full days in a clinical outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• New graduates will not be considered; prior licensed practice is required.
• Experience working with pelvic health patients is a plus.
