• Day shifts, full-time, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a rural outpatient orthopedic clinic.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients daily, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct follow-up visits, with potential double-booking of appointments.
• Ensure compliance with treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; OT must be approved in advance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full days with reliable transportation within 50 miles of the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in rural outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient caseload efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills.
