Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, vestibular, work-related, sport, and pelvic health conditions.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval for overtime hours when necessary.
• Float between clinics as needed to ensure adequate coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a minimum guarantee of 36 hours.
• Willingness to float between clinics in Shippensburg and Chambersburg, PA.
• Must be comfortable working with orthopedic and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
• Experience with vestibular, work compensation, sports, or pelvic health is desired.
