Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a busy medical-surgical/telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage acute and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and assist with procedural activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• SC RN license or Compact license must be active prior to start.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required; NIH certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a community hospital setting.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma hospital.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to float within scope between units or facilities.
