• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Gallup, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift, full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident health status and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Respond to emergencies and medical needs promptly
Required Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Ability to accurately assess patient conditions and document appropriately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working night shifts in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
