Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts effectively
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of healthcare practices
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
