Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population in a 15-bed ER with an additional 6-bed fast track.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient treatment plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care across all ages.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current Hawaii RN license.
• Valid and active CPR and BLS certifications.
• Recent experience in emergency room or acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a trauma or high-volume ER setting.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
