• Full-time, Night shift (3x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, following hospital protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• Valid active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Compliance with all travel and licensure requirements as per NLC guidelines.
• No first-time travelers; must meet experience criteria.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Large hospital or tertiary care experience preferred.
• Ability to work with float staff across units and campuses within 20 miles.

• Travelers must be willing to work during major holidays if they fall during the assignment.
