Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions
• Document client progress and update care plans
• Provide crisis intervention and contribute to aftercare planning
• Collaborate with referral sources, insurance providers, and care teams
• Deliver educational support to clients, families, and the community
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social or health services
• Counseling internship or practicum experience
• Licensed in Pennsylvania as LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC with addictions recovery experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with clients recovering from substance use disorders and behavioral challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of crisis intervention protocols
