Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to neuro patient populations.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment start, outside of clearance packet.
• Adhere to licensure requirements; must hold an active PT license.
• Follow departmental protocols for patient treatment and equipment use.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in state of South Carolina.
• Experience in setting and executing treatment plans for neuro populations.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation for equipment setup and patient interaction.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with neurological or neuro rehabilitation populations.
• Familiarity with ATI documentation processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
