Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 8.5-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare facility
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Comply with all regulatory and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in physical therapy practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a long-term or rehabilitation facility is a plus
- Knowledge of post-acute care or rehab protocols

Salary range: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
