Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Document patient responses and maintain accurate therapy records.
• Support patient education and ensure treatment compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work on a 12-week assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and assistive therapy devices.
