Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition updates
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication administration in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
