Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for children birth to 3 years old
• Provide therapy services for preschool children ages 3-5
• Assist with evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure effective care
• Document services accurately and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon (OR PT license)
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention and preschool settings
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with families and team members
• Availability to work full-time during the school year (Monday–Friday)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with home-based pediatric therapy services
• Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and intervention strategies
• Comfortable conducting therapy sessions in home environments
