• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
