Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, Monday - Friday, with every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and patient care according to physician orders and standards
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid respiratory therapist license or certification
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with advanced respiratory equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of EHR systems and documentation procedures
