Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Support patient mobility, exercise, and recovery activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of treatment protocols and safety procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with inpatient or outpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
