Registered Nurse ICU

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift (3 x 12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing for ICU patients in a small, 6-bed unit
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic charting system
• Float within scope to Medical, Cardiology, or Medical/Surgical units as needed
• Cover 36 hours per week, with night shifts starting at 6:45 PM and ending at 7:15 AM

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience outside of orientation
• Current state RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and autonomy
• No medical marijuana cards accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EPIC charting system experience
• Experience working in Magnet-designated, Level Trauma, or acute care hospitals
• Ability to adapt to floating within hospital units or affiliate facilities
