Job Title

• Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, school year contract, weekdays (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to children from birth to age 5 in the Ashland/Medford area
• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to develop and implement individual treatment plans
• Document progress and ensure compliance with state regulations and school district policies
• Cover caseload primarily during school hours, with hours paid only for time worked

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license (OR SLP)
• Ability to start ASAP and work through June 14th, 2027
• Prior experience working with early childhood or in school settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in birth to 5 settings or with early intervention programs
• Familiarity with school-based therapy procedures and documentation
