Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit and Medical-Surgical departments during night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to medical needs promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during overnight hours
Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in Nebraska or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg or PCU settings
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
