Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days, On-site, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in SNF and AL/IL facilities.
- Float between two facilities located in Santa Rosa and Greenbrae, CA.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid License as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Current ASHA Certification or equivalent credential.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to adapt to different facility environments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities or assisted living/independent living settings.
- Experience with floating or traveling between multiple facilities.
