Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients based on individual treatment plans
- Assess patients' conditions and develop personalized therapy programs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with state and industry standards during therapy sessions
- Guarantee 36 hours per week during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in occupational therapy (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
