- Days shift, part-time, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work long shifts and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with elderly or chronic care populations
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
