- Travel, Nights shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an LTAC/Telemetry setting following the Nursing Process and hospital policies.
- Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Delegate patient care to team members based on their education and experience.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and certifications.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license or multi-state RN license (attached to resume).
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached).
- 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTAC or telemetry units.
- EMR experience relevant to acute care settings.
