Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents in accordance with nursing protocols
  • Monitor patient health and vital signs, reporting changes to supervising clinicians
  • Assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient comfort and safety
  • Document patient care accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage a demanding caseload
  • Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working 12-hour night shifts
  • Familiarity with Colorado state healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
