Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow all safety, compliance, and privacy protocols
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proven experience working in a long-term care or similar healthcare environment
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric patient care
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
