Full-time, temporary assignment, 13 weeks, night shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all safety and care standards
- Collaborate with team members to support optimal resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license or equivalent
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a long-term care or nursing home environment
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- CPR certification
