Key Responsibilities
• Provide evaluation and treatment for speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communicative disorders in pediatric populations.
• Assess communication status through clinical observations, caregiver reports, and standardized testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with family values, clinical guidelines, and patient needs.
• Document progress and adjust therapy strategies to promote sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
• Ensure positive patient outcomes through planned and evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team members to support comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
• Current Speech Pathologist license valid in Maryland or Delaware.
• Professional clinical experience preferred, pediatric experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous pediatric speech therapy experience.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English).
