Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a busy IMC/PCU/surgical oncology unit.
• Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and manage oncologic emergencies.
• Monitor patient conditions, including cytokine release syndrome, insulin, and heparin drips.
• Follow strict infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to unit policies and maintain documentation through electronic medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proven ability to care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Experience with chemotherapy, blood products, and oncologic procedures preferred.
• Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Familiarity with oncology patient care and complex medication administration.
