Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a floating schedule.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a float pool or travel nursing preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
