Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently during night shifts.
- Support positive patient outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
