Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Assist with daily activities and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current state licensure as an LVN or LPN
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or LTC setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
