Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in need of communication and swallowing disorder treatment
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the assignment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid speech therapist (SLP) license or certification in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in speech therapy or related healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital, outpatient, or similar healthcare environment
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
