Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions and patient needs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other clinics as needed (no float required).
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Willingness to adhere to scheduled hours with potential for up to 40 hours/week.
• OT hours require prior approval from the director.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• New graduates considered, but prefer candidates with some experience.
• Experience working in outpatient or orthopedic settings.
