Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput, with prior approval for OT hours from the director.
• Guarantee 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients daily and manage a busy outpatient caseload.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates considered if they meet licensing requirements.
• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to adapt to clinic needs and work collaboratively with team members.
