Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and document health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado
- Prior experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare facility preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
