Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services to patients with communication, speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in clinical or healthcare settings.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with neurogenic or pediatric speech therapy.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
