Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to clients in a clinical or educational setting
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Deliver therapy sessions to support clients’ communication goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations (preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in pediatric, adult, or clinical therapy environments
• Familiarity with therapy tools and assessment techniques
