• Full-time, travel, 13-week duration, day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments based on medical orders and patient needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Assist with transfers, patient education, and documentation of treatment provided.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team, including PT, OT, SLP, and technicians, to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services.
• Use therapy equipment such as balance systems and gait training tools to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to start by the scheduled date or sooner if possible.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience.
• Experience working in a hospital rehab unit, startup environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work independently.
