Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention strategies for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapy goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience providing speech-language therapy in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with documentation and patient record systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with pediatric or adult populations (as applicable).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in speech therapy modalities.
