Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete necessary documentation, including some directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance process
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
• Participate in required credentialing and licensing processes prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Nevada
• Previous experience in setting or outpatient therapy preferred
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently
• Must be able to work scheduled days and hours as specified

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ATI or similar therapy providers
• Prior outpatient or clinical therapy experience
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
