Schedule / Job Type
• Day shift, Full-time, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy treatments
• Implement therapy plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain equipment
• Document patient responses and progress accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proven experience assisting in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and equipment
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation clinics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
