Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract (40 hours per week), day shift, 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week, flexible start times, 3 to 6 months assignment, guaranteed hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Travel to sister facilities within approximately 30 minutes of La Jara, CO, as needed
• Document all patient interactions using NetHealth charting protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Support new graduate therapists in clinical duties and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts and multiple days per week
• Reliable transportation to travel to sister facilities as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in occupational therapy (new grads accepted)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team environment
