Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location
• Clarksville, TN

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, weekends and holidays required

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient, outpatient, and IPR patients
• Follow established treatment plans to support patient recovery and mobility
• Document patient progress in compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Maintain professional standards and patient safety at all times

Required Qualifications
• Current Physical Therapist license for Tennessee
• BLS certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
• Must have Cerner electronic health record system experience (highly preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle weekend/holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and IPR settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
