- Full-time, Days, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, and IPR settings
- Work scheduled shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ensure patient assessments and treatment plans are appropriately implemented
- Maintain documentation and compliance with licensing and facility standards
- Attend orientation sessions and participate in required weekend and holiday shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field on file at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience highly preferred
- Experience working with adult patients aged 18 and older
