Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Float to other clinics as needed, following scheduling and staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all facility policies and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours worked.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient load.
• Ability to work 36 hours guaranteed per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours.
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
