Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, shift-based, days, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health statuses
- Assist with daily living activities and coordinate care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR certification (if required)
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or long-term care populations
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism
