• Full-time, temporary contract, nights shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized intensive care to ICU patients, including critical neuro and medical cases
• Float between Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC units based on staffing needs
• Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with staffing and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level 1 ICU or 2 years ICU experience preferred
• Valid certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Strong ICU background with solid clinical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to float across multiple ICU units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neurological or medical ICU settings
• Ability to work independently and handle high-acuity cases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
