Key Responsibilities

• Support physical therapists in providing treatment to patients of all ages, including newborns to the elderly, with medical or health-related movement limitations.
• Assist in implementing various components of patient interventions, monitor progress, and modify treatments as directed by the physical therapist.
• Obtain and document data related to patient interventions to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings within a modern rehabilitation facility.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and visitors to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current credential from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board.
• Verification of current BLS (Basic Life Support) instruction.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to operate clinical equipment and perform technical procedures confidently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
